I discovered yesterday that chocolate is really nice as a hot drink. However today I have really struggled just feel really down and so hungry. I brought some ketosis srips and I am fully into ketosis on the 0.8 colour.

I went to a new counsellor today... she holds a meeting place for people to drop in. So I went along and she weighed/measured me whilst doing so commented on what a big girl I am. She continued to tell me that it's a good job I decided to start the diet and how tight my jeans were. She also made comments on how large my chest size was. (I have been to my Dr about a breast reduction without much support).

It wasn't the support I was expecting and after her reading out my weight a good few times in front of people I was feeling a little knocked. I have previously lost weight through weight watchers who have always been very discret about weights etc.

Anyway I brought my shakes/soups & mix a mousse. I was feeling soooo hungry and decided to stop off at the tesco express near our house and brought a pre cooked chicken breast and had 3 very small mouthfuls. I know it's bad but I feel so much better for it. I got home and made a mousse and threw half away to compensate for the chicken. (I also only managed half my shake in the morning).

So feeling a bit uncertain of how things are going go from here. I really want this to work even if I only lose half the weight I need to.

Hopefully day five will be better.

Woke up feeling really tired and aches all over. However decided to try the mint chocolate as a hot drink and it was lush so feeling better.
I've been searching to try and get as much info about the diet as possible and saw on facebook someone who lost 4st in 3 months. How amazing is that!!

However I am concerned because surely if your 20 st then you will lose it quicker?? Well I'm just gonna take each day as it comes. Really want to wear a dress to my husbands christmas do that's been in my cupboard for a few years.

Got loads of housework to do and feeling no energy what so ever. This is meant to be the hardest time the next few days until ketosis.

Was thinking I might make a chart on excel to put on my wall to cross off every pound I lose. Sounds silly but I think I need visual things around me to keep me motivated.

Anyways off to attempt to tidy the house.

I say attempted as this is my 2nd go at this diet. I tried last week and managed 1 day and 3/4. However after trialing different flavours and getting a few takeaways in I have now managed to get to the end of day two. I have suck up pictures of myself at goal weight 5 years ago on the kitchen cupboards to help me focus.

I have a major weight loss to achieve I want to lose 4 stone and recently lost 2 stone on Weight watchers only to put it back on!!

I am tired of being a fat person who can't bear to see people because I have nothing that fits me and I look awful.

Anyways figures crossed I make it to day three!!
